Shipping Fees

Listed below are shipping rates for orders sent by mail.

If you'd like more information, please feel free to ask us.

All prices quoted below are in Canadian dollars.

Courier Delivery

Within the Toronto and Montreal areas, we use local couriers. These shipping fees will be charged on your bill.

We also ship by Purolator or by Federal Express if you are able to provide us with your account number for either organization (signature required). All delivery, transportation and customs charges will be billed by the courier to your account. Please note that if we are unable to charge the account number provided, we will charge your credit card directly for all delivery costs.

If you don't have an account with Federal Express or Purolator, we can ship by Federal Express, with the cost of delivery charged to your credit card. By selecting this option, you are authorizing us to give Federal Express your credit card information and instruct them to charge all delivery fees to that credit card.

If you order online and select Federal Express or Purolator as your shipping method, our online shopping cart will show a cost of $0.00 for shipping because we are not charging you directly for the cost of shipping, only for the item(s) you are purchasing from us. The courier you selected (Federal Express or Purolator) will bill you separately for their delivery charges and we are not responsible for the shipping or any other fees the courier may charge you for delivery of your order.

All orders shipped by Federal Express to destinations outside of Canada require the recipient to sign for the delivery, even if the delivery is to a residence. Please ensure that you or someone who can sign on your behalf will be available at the address that you provide to us.

Shipping by Federal Express or by Purolator will always be more expensive than shipping by mail.

Expedited Parcel™ is a cost effective, ground parcel shipping service provided by Canada Post and the least expensive shipping method we offer for delivery within Canada. Delivery Time: 2-6 Days plus processing.

Xpresspost - USA is a shipping service for documents, packets and parcels that provides fast, guaranteed delivery - at a cost much less than courier - to every address in the U.S.A., including P.O. boxes. Delivery Time: 7-10 Days plus processing.

If applicable, any custom charges will be your responsibility.

International: Airmail

International Air Parcel is a shipping service that provides economical delivery at moderate speed for parcels to international destinations. Delivery Time: 2-3 Weeks plus processing

Note: We prefer not to ship goods in a tube outside of North America, as there is a high risk of damage in transit.
