We're committed to making the order process as easy as possible.

For in-store, online, telephone, fax, and mail orders, we accept:

Please do not send credit card information by e-mail.

Purchases are billed in Canadian dollars. Please see below for more information.

For mail orders, we also accept:

We reserve the right to refuse to accept this form of payment, at our discretion.

For in-store purchases, we also accept:

Company Cheques, in U.S. dollars

We do not accept personal cheques for in-store purchases, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept this form of payment, at our discretion.

Billing Accounts

We will bill some clients for payment later (Terms: Net 30).

For established accounts:

For in-store, telephone, fax, e-mail, and mail orders, we accept:

Billing to an already-established Federal Publications account; please provide the account number at the time of ordering.

For new accounts:

For fax, e-mail, and mail orders, we will open new accounts in the following circumstances:

for large, well-known corporations
for public institutions such as hospitals, schools, colleges
for government offices
for amounts over $40.00

We reserve the right to refuse to bill clients, at our discretion.

Purchases are billed in Canadian dollars.

Currency

All prices listed on our website and quoted by us are in Canadian dollars.

If paying by credit card, your credit card company will automatically calculate the amount of your purchase in your own currency (e.g. US Dollars).

Exchange rates vary, per the Bank of Canada's Currency Exchange. Note: The rate charged by your credit card company may be different, and we cannot be responsible for the amount you are charged in your own currency.
