Where's My Order?

Need information about why you haven't received your order yet?

We usually provide speedy service. If you haven't received your order yet, it may have been lost or delayed in shipping. Please see below for more information about how to proceed.

 
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped same day, when ordered before 1:00 p.m., Eastern Time. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following day.

If an item is out of stock, we notify you at the time we receive your order and indicate when we expect to ship the order.

Expected delivery times take effect from the day your order was shipped.

In all cases, the term "day" refers to business day (i.e., Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.)

If your order is late, we will be pleased to start a trace to discover what's happened. Please phone us (1-888-433-3782) or e-mail us.

We will need the following information:
  • Your name and phone number or email address.
  • Your order number (online orders), or date you placed the order (phone, fax, email and mail orders).
Very occasionally an order is lost or delayed in shipping. In these circumstances, we will conduct an investigation and place a trace on the missing item. We will replace items which have not been delivered.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your order has taken longer than quoted to be delivered.

Courier deliveries require signature on delivery. If you chose courier delivery, but requested that the courier company leaves the package without requiring a signature, we are not responsible for such orders and cannot accept claims in these situations.

Claims may only be accepted up to 4 months after the order was placed.
