Order by Phone, by Fax, by Mail or by E-mail

Need information about ordering from Federal Publications?

We're committed to making the order process as easy as possible. If you prefer not to use our online shopping cart, here are some other options.

If you can't find your answer in these help pages, please phone us toll-free (1-888-433-3782) or click on the E-mail us link at the bottom of every page.

1. Order by Phone

Simply give us a call at (416) 860-1611 or 1-888-433-3782. Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m, Eastern Time (except for public holidays).

We'll need information about:
- what you're ordering
- your mailing address and telephone number
- your method of payment .
We'll provide you with:
- the name of the person you're speaking to
- the expected shipping date (usually today), and an approximate time for delivery.
- the total that will be charged to your credit card.
- And if we know there's a new edition due shortly, we'll tell you before you place your order.

2. Order by Fax

Our fax number is (416) 860-1608. Our toll-free fax number is 1-866-295-8724.

We accept faxed Purchase Orders from organizations that meet our billing criteria (e.g., public institutions like schools, and major corporations). We do not invoice individuals for payment later.

We also accept orders by fax with credit card information (see below).

We'll need information about:
- what you're ordering
- your mailing address and telephone number. If your billing address is different from your mailing address, please tell us.
- please provide your credit card number, expiry date, full name of the cardholder, and cardholder's address if different from the billing address.
We suggest you phone us before faxing an order to check on availability of the item(s) you're ordering.
Applicable shipping fees and taxes will be added when processing your order.

3. Order by Mail

If you would like to pre-pay by money order or cheque (in Canadian or U.S. funds), you may send your order by mail to:

Please include information about what you're ordering and where we're sending the order to. You should also include a phone number in case we have any questions about your order.

Please phone us before mailing the order to ensure we give you the correct total of your purchase, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

4. Order by E-mail

This option is only available to those organizations that meet our billing criteria (e.g., public institutions like schools, and major corporations), or clients who have existing credit accounts already established with Federal Publications. We do not invoice individuals for payment later.

We'll need information about:
- what you're ordering
- your mailing address and telephone number. If your billing address is different from your mailing address, please tell us.

Please do not send credit card information by e-mail.
