Generally, all sales are final. However, should an item be
defective, we will, of course, be pleased to exchange it.
- Software and electronic titles including PDF files are not

If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to
our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item.
Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
- Purchases made in person at our retail stores are
non-returnable, unless the item purchased was defective in a manner which was
not apparent at the time of purchase.
