Returns and Claims Policy

Returns

Should you have any questions about a product, we encourage to ask us before purchasing.

Generally, all sales are final. However, should an item be defective, we will, of course, be pleased to exchange it.
  • Software and electronic titles including PDF files are not returnable

Mail and Courier Orders:

  • Items damaged in shipping will be exchanged

In Store Purchases:

  • Purchases made in person at our retail stores are non-returnable, unless the item purchased was defective in a manner which was not apparent at the time of purchase.
If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

Claims

Very occasionally an order is lost or delayed in shipping. In these circumstances, we will conduct an investigation and place a trace on the missing item. We will replace items which have not been delivered.

Please notify us immediately if you believe your order has taken longer than quoted to be delivered.

Claims may only be accepted up to 4 months after the order was placed.
If you feel that your purchase warrants an exception to our return policy, please contact us before attempting to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
