Ontario Highway Traffic Act: Law Enforcement Edition 2010 sets out the statutes and regulations as amended to the Ontario Gazette Volume 144:28 (July 9, 2011).

About the author: Sgt. Jack West is a 34 year veteran of the Toronto Police Service with 16 years experience in curriculum development and facilitating law enforcement training programs within police services and post secondary institutions. West presently serves as Chairman of the Legislative Change and Enforcement Committee for the Ontario Traffic Conference, is a member of the Ontario Prosecutor's Association and is a liaison for the Ministry of Transportation, specific to Regulatory changes to the Highway Traffic Act.
