An MS Windows-compatible CD-ROM containing a blank separation agreement form that readers can fill in on a computer, as well as a form specific to same-sex couples. The disk can be used on any PC with MS Word (97 or higher), WordPerfect (6.1 or higher), or any other word processor which can import Word-format .doc files. The disk also contains a copy of the agreement form in Acrobat PDF format, allowing you to print a properly formatted version for hand-written completion.
