| Ontario Divorce Kit
is a step-by-step guide that explains how to obtain your own divorce, plus all
the necessary forms specific to the laws of Ontario. All the required forms are
included both on paper and on CD-ROM, so you can choose what's easiest for
you. Included in the Kit is a copy of Self-Counsel's new Divorce Guide for Ontario 18th Edition, which should be read before you attempt to fill out the divorce forms. It is important to note that the information in the instruction booklet and the Divorce Guide for Ontario book is meant for people doing a desk-order divorce. Use this kit when both parties want a divorce; at least one spouse has resided in Ontario for the last year; and, there are no disputes over child custody, property, or spousal supports. You and your spouse should not have any unsettled disputes or matters that require the assistance or advice of a lawyer. The Kit will lead you through the process, form-by-form, and answer questions you might have along the way. To fill out the forms, you will need to have read the Guide to understand:
