OECD Journal
combines six economic and public policy journals previously published and sold
separately:
- Economic Studies: features articles in the area of
applied macroeconomics and statistical analysis, generally with an
international or cross-country dimension. Articles are derived from work of the
Organisation's intergovernmental committees, including areas of work outside
the author's Economics Department focus.

statistics on financial matters of topical interest and longer-term
developments in specific financial sectors. Other topics include structural and
regulatory developments in OECD financial systems; trends in foreign direct
investment; trends in privatization; financial sector statistics covering areas
such as bank profitability, insurance, and institutional investors.
- Journal of Business Cycle Measurement and Analysis:

Economic Tendency Surveys (CIRET), articles are intended to promote the
exchange of knowledge and information on theoretical and operational aspects of
economic cycle research, involving both measurement and analysis. It
encompasses analysis of cyclical fluctuations; business cycle specification,
definition and classification; statistical approaches to the development of
short-term economic statistics and indicators; business tendency, investment
and consumer surveys; use of survey data or cyclical indicators for business
cycle analysis.
- OECD Journal of Competition Law and Policy: draws on
the best of the recent work of the OECD Competition Committee and provides
insight into the thinking of competition law enforcers while focusing on the
practical application of competition law and policy. This is a unique resource
for competition experts in business, law, economics, consulting and
academia.
- OECD Journal on Budgeting: is a unique resource for
policy makers, officials and researchers in public sector budgeting. It draws
on the best of the work of the OECD Working Party of Senior Budget Officials,
as well as special contributions from finance ministries, and makes it
available to a wider community in an accessible format. It provides insight on
leading-edge institutional arrangements, systems and instruments for the
allocation and management of resources in the public sector.

analyses, forecasts, policy reviews and statistics produced by OECD experts.

OECD Journal articles are publishing electronically as
soon as they pass through the editorial process and made available through the
OECD's online service, SourceOECD. It is expected there will be 90 online
articles per annum and approximately 15 printed issues. Subscribers to OECD
Journal will also have online access to a back catalogue of more than 175
issues, dating from 1998.
Once you purchase the subscription from us, we
will register you with the OECD who will then email you with instructions on
how to activate your subscription. The registration process usually takes 1-2
business days to complete. If you subscribe to both print and online access,
printed issues will be mailed to you direct from the OECD. All sales are
