The proposed repeal of Division F of Part IX of the Education Act and subsequent amendments to Division C of Part IX, will require boards to submit to the Minister (1) a financial plan before any money is raised, as well as, (2) a spending report specifying how all money was spent, which is to be posted on the Ministry website.
