|The Handi-Guide to British Columbia's OHS Regulation is a
great resource and safety tool for supervisors, workers and safety leaders. It
helps with worker training and increases worker and supervisor awareness of
their responsibilities under workplace safety law.
The Handi-Guide provides regulatory detail and interpretive information with respect to Part 3 (Occupational Health and Safety) of the B.C. Workers Compensation Act and the B.C. OHS Regulation, which is in force under authority of the act.
This edition of the Handi-Guide is current to February 1, 2012. It includes amendments that became effective between March 2011 and February 2012, as well as changes to take effect in Part 4 as of April 4, 2012.
