The book also includes the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Act and the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada Act and those parts of the regulations under those Acts that affect insurers.   • recently proclaimed amendments to the Act relating to the corporate governance of insurance companies
  • the text of six new Regulations made under the Act
  • amendments to three Guidelines governing the adequacy of capital or assets of insurance companies and three Guidelines relating to actuarial or accounting matters.
