| A superb hiking and paddling area just north of
Elliot Lake, Ontario, the Mississagi Provincial Park and Area map includes over
50 kilometres of rugged hiking trails with top-notch lookouts, and over 150
kilometres of excellent wilderness paddling routes.
In addition to the Mississagi Provincial Park, this map also includes the Rawhide Lake Conservation Area, and portions of the new Matinenda and Blind River Provincial Parks.
This waterproof, 1:50,000 scale map includes all hiking trails, portages, access points and backcountry campsites. The map measures 21x24", has a contour interval of 15 metres, and includes text and photos about natural and human history, trail and canoe route descriptions, safety tips, contact info, great colour photographs in short just about everything you'd want to help you plan and enjoy your trip.
The Adventure Map® is specifically designed for outdoor adventurers such as hikers, backpackers, and paddling enthusiasts who need an accurate, up-to-date, rugged map to get them into and safely back from the wilderness.
The Adventure Map® is compact (most measure 18" x 24"/45 x 61cm or less), easy to read, and easy to fold. The maps are also waterproof, printed on specially-made, extra tough, waterproof plastic.
