Canada and the Early Cold War 1943-1957 is a presentation of papers prepared by some of Canada's leading foreign policy scholars, draw on the published and unpublished diplomatic record to explore aspects of Canadian foreign policy during the first stages of the Cold War. They were originally presented at a colloquium held in November 1997.
